Take Me With You: A Theatre for the Very Young Performance Spring 2026

Earlier this year, I partnered with Dr. Megan Alrutz and the 13 members of our Retrospective Devising course ensemble to devise an original TVY performance around the animating idea of LEAP! As dramaturg, I created a production website featuring the material we devised each week, supported the ensemble to home in on the heart of our story, and directed the transitional sequences that wove together the final performance.

Pull the Plug: MFA Thesis Project Fall 2025 - Spring 2026

In this eight-month project, I designed, led, and researched a high-school theatre-making residency centered around themes of Environmental Justice. I directed a group of 30 students as they devised a 30-minute performance that theatricalized issues of governmental inaction, corporate greed, and the impacts of racist housing policy, as well as their visions for an environmentally just future.

Climate Resilience with Youth: Student/Teacher Learning Community ‍ ‍Fall 2024-Spring 2025

Under Professor Katie Dawson’s leadership, I supported a group of students and teachers from the Ann Richards School in Austin, TX to co-design, facilitate, and research a new suite of arts-integrated, climate justice units across all 7th grade subject areas. Our intergenerational collaboration resulted in a Climate Resiliency Arts Festival at the school in December 2024. The festival featured 7th graders sharing learnings from each unit with their 6th grade peers.

Dramaturgy for James and the Giant Peach at UT Austin Fall 2024

As production dramaturg, I worked closely with our director, cast, and creative team to build a cohesive theatrical world inspired by Dahl’s beloved children’s book. I built a website for our team, designed an interactive lobby display, facilitated talkbacks for school matinee groups, and distributed education guides to participating teachers and students.
